Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Working together with local/regional teams to supervise, implement and deliver solutions for our clients
  • Working in a fast growing and challenging environment with like-minded people across the region
  • Delivering large-scale, complex supply chain management and transformation projects
  • Solution Design and Implementation.
  • Support:
  • Advisory for Migration to Datasphere, BW/4 HANA
  • Build POCs for Intelligent Enterprise inline with SAP Future Roadmap
  • Publish Blogs, POV and White Papers

Advanced SAP Analytics Skills

1. Advanced Data Modeling and Data Warehousing:

  • Complex Data Models: Ability to design and implement complex data models, including star schemas, snowflake schemas, and other advanced modeling techniques in SAP Datasphere.
  • Data Transformation: Proficiency in transforming raw data into structured formats using advanced ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Data Virtualization: Implementing data virtualization techniques to integrate and manage data across disparate sources without physical data replication.

2. Advanced Reporting and Dashboarding:

  • Custom Calculations and Scripting: Expertise in creating custom calculations, measures, and advanced scripting within SAC to meet complex business requirements.
  • Story Design: Designing sophisticated SAC stories (dashboards and reports) with advanced features like linked analysis, drilling down, and dynamic filtering.
  • Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning: Utilizing SAC's predictive analytics capabilities to build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting and advanced data analysis.

3. Integration and Data Connectivity:

  • API Integration: Experience in integrating SAP Analytics Cloud with other systems using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for real-time data access.
  • Live Data Connections: Setting up and managing live data connections between SAC and various SAP and non-SAP systems to ensure real-time data availability.
  • Data Federation: Implementing data federation techniques to enable seamless data access across multiple data sources without extensive data movement.

4. Performance Optimization:

  • Query Optimization: Skills in optimizing queries to improve performance and ensure efficient data retrieval in SAP Datasphere and SAC.
  • Data Volume Management: Techniques to manage and optimize large volumes of data, ensuring high performance and scalability of analytics solutions.
  • Caching and Aggregation: Implementing caching strategies and data aggregation techniques to enhance the speed and efficiency of reporting.

5. Security and Compliance:

  • Data Governance: Ensuring data governance policies and practices are in place to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Role-Based Security: Configuring and managing role-based security in SAC to ensure appropriate access control and data protection.
  • Auditing and Monitoring: Implementing auditing and monitoring mechanisms to track data usage, changes, and user activities for compliance purposes.

6. SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration:

  • Integration with BTP Services: Integrating SAP Analytics Cloud with other SAP BTP services like SAP Data Intelligence, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP AI Core for enhanced analytics capabilities.
  • Extensibility: Utilizing SAP BTP's extensibility features to build custom applications and extensions that complement SAC and Datasphere analytics solutions.

7. Collaboration and Sharing:

  • Collaborative Analytics: Leveraging SAC's collaboration features to enable team-based analysis, commenting, and sharing of insights.
  • Publication and Distribution: Automating the publication and distribution of reports and dashboards to stakeholders using SAC scheduling and distribution features.
  • Excellent collaboration, training, and documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all team members and Client

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience of 4-10 Years in SAP Analytics
  • Certified in SAP S/4 HANA SAC, Datasphere
  • Implementation experience minimum 2 end-to-end implementations.
  • Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using SAC.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other SAP products.
  • Experience with SQL, data integration tools, and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV).
  • Advanced data modelling and data transformation skills.
  • Proficiency in predictive analytics and machine learning within SAC.
  • Strong integration and data connectivity skills.
  • Experience in performance optimization and data volume management.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP integration and extensibility features.
