Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and implement strategies internally within Micron to grow market share in Automotive, Industrial and Consumer verticals while maintaining product line profitability. 
  • Develop strong partnerships with Micron’s engineering, technology development and quality organizations to deliver best in class products with differentiated features that surpass customer requirements.  
  • Hire and create high performing team providing support to multiple internal Micron BUs.
  • Establish internally effective financial and business analyses and processes to justify and approve next generation products. 
  • Drive speedy resolution of issues seen during qualification and production. 
  • Define strategies internally to drive demand creation, while effectively handling supply, demand, and inventory. 
  • Define internal long term DID and node longevity strategy for product line(s).

Education & Ideal Experience 

  • The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive, marketing leadership and industry experience with a master’s degree in engineering and coupled and/or several years of business experience with degree in business administration.
  • Extensive experience in semiconductors with deep understanding of DRAM and memory markets
  • Strong experience in developing and launching products with knowledge of market trends, customers and supply chains associated with Automotive, Industrial and Consumer vertical segments. 
  • A proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to drive high performance results with innovative solutions.
