Team/Role Overview

• Enter/control of banking operations environment with the highest accuracy and the most efficient way in the line with Operating Procedures
• Support/help Payment Operation Junior Analysts in managing their BAU activities
• Make decisions on complex activities related to transaction where more in-depth knowledge is required
• Effective communication with departments, including handling the email traffic.
• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
• Coordination of operational procedure creation and updates to ensure consistency with Citi Policies
• Issues and escalations identification, reporting and handling till the resolutions

What we’ll need from you

• University/College degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
• Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Organised approach
• Positive and pro-active attitude
• Goal oriented and self-driven
• Relevant experience in similar field
