Job Description

The role will actively contribute towards the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives, participating in performance monitoring as well as forecasting future business. This role will develop reporting and presentation preparation skills whilst being in close contact with key collaborators including Senior Management, Manufacturers, Dealer Network, the Mobilize Field Team & Third-Party Suppliers. This role will support the business on key strategic pillars including the transition to Electric Vehicles and the growth of Select Lease by Mobilize. Whilst having exciting involvement in key commercial projects and participation in profit generating initiatives. To provide analytical support to Sales Management Team and Account Manager Team through provision of management information and ad-hoc projects.

What will you do:

  • Analyse and interpret commercial data to support management decision making in the Sales Department
  • Act as a point of contact in the Sales Operations team for the Account Manager Teams
  • Support the Renault and Nissan Heads of Sales with administrative tasks where required
  • Compile reporting on a regular basis where required
  • Compile ad-hoc reports where required as directed by the Sales Management teams
  • Liaise with the Sales Support and Commercial Methods teams to ensure consistency across all work streams
  • Respond to dealer queries where appropriate
  • Carry out monthly Dealer compliance audit
  • Liaise with other MFS internal departments to seek answers to queries or to compile reports
  • Carry out systems testing as requested by the Commercial Methods team
  • Put together presentations for meetings as required
  • Manage Dealer Set-Up process
  • To comply with all regulatory obligations, company procedures and standards

  • Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise tasks
