About the Role

Drive the implementation of the APEX Leader Development priorities to achieve overall Indonesia Agency’s goals!

1. Next Generation Leadership Implementation
2. Ensure the success of initiatives by closely supervising and reviewing ground responses, intervening promptly to optimize their efficiency.
3. Track and report findings on Agency Leaders and recruitment efforts, providing valuable insights to advise strategic decisions.
4. Keep internal collaborators advised about Agency Leaders' strategies and policies, encouraging clarity and collaboration.
5. Maintain continuous engagement with key collaborators to ensure alignment and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goals.

6. Oversee Circle Strategy Implementation:
a.    Implement all initiatives related to the Circle of Stars and Diamonds, driving positive change and growth.
b.    Monitor and review ground responses, ensuring the program's efficiency and making adjustments as needed.
7. Drive New Leader Promotions:
a.    Implement initiatives related to new leader promotion, empowering the next generation of leaders.
b.    Monitor and intervene as needed to achieve promotion targets, ensuring the pipeline remains strong.
c.    Communicate updates on the promotion pipeline and policies to internal collaborators, keeping everyone advised and engaged.
d.    Maintain ongoing engagement with key collaborators, encouraging a collaborative environment and ensuring everyone is working towards the same goals.
