Pay range is $90,000-$100,000 per year, DOE, a $75 monthly cell phone allowance, and the following benefits:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Marketing Manager for HearingLoss.com plays a pivotal role within the Marketing Shared Services team and the broader organization as the key driver for the engagement and continued development of HearingLoss.com. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role is primarily responsible for two key areas: first, supporting the strategy, implementation, and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, with a critical focus on content acquisition and planning across various channels, as well as managing social media strategies and digital media programs for HearingLoss.com. Second, this role serves as the key member-facing liaison within internal teams and with members, driving the certification process. The Product Marketing Manager will be essential in the ongoing development, improvement, and management of the certification process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Content Acquisition and Planning: Lead and manage the acquisition and planning of content across digital platforms, ensuring it meets the strategic goals of increasing engagement, awareness, and patient conversion. Work closely with content creators to develop materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Social Media Strategy and Management: Oversee the social media content calendar and creation process for HearingLoss.com. Coordinate closely with external and internal teams, including social media support and video production, to deliver compelling and engaging content. Develop strategies to enhance social media presence and effectiveness, ultimately driving increased brand awareness and conversion rates.
  • Client and Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, supporting certified member onboarding and sponsorship development. Ensure seamless coordination and communication with the internal marketing team and external partners to execute campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Certification Process Development: Drive the development, enhancement, and management of the certification process for HearingLoss.com members. Focus on converting members into certified practitioners, providing support and resources to streamline the certification journey, and continually improving the process based on feedback and performance data.
  • Cross-Channel Media Strategy: Develop and implement a cross-channel media strategy designed to increase awareness of HearingLoss.com across all paid and traditional media channels with the support of the internal agency to improve patient flow and attract partners and sponsors.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Work with media teams to deliver comprehensive reporting on campaign effectiveness. Analyze social media, web traffic, SEO, search, and display metrics to uncover new opportunities, suggest testing strategies, and optimize ongoing efforts. Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform and optimize campaigns.
  • Event and Webinar Coordination: Assist with the development and coordination of live events, virtual webinars, and training sessions, ensuring they meet the needs of partners and enhance the overall marketing strategy.
  • Client Support and Process Improvement: Field inquiries, issues, and requests from the [email protected] team. Develop new processes to improve onboarding and certification for internal teams and members, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead biweekly call agenda development and scheduling with key business partners and vendors, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.

CAPABILITIES:

  • Highly organized and collaborative, with strong time-management and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong client-facing communicator with a service mindset, eager to adapt, learn, and pivot as business needs evolve
  • Expertise in digital marketing, particularly web and social media management
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership over performance and its impact on company success
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive approach to supporting clients and internal teams alike

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public relations, digital technologies, or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, with significant exposure to digital marketing and client engagement
  • Digital marketing experience

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Hybrid work environment (Monday and Wednesday in-office for all staff with occasional additional days as necessary for meetings and events)
  • Full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK DEMANDS:

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.

Up to 15% travel may be required for this position.
