The Sr. Manager, TPX Learning Engagement, leads learning initiatives for assigned client organizations within Comcast’s Technology and Product Experience (TPX) organization. Employing strong business collaboration, data intelligence, market research, and strategic thinking, this role will connect Learners to learning that meets the needs of our business and advance the capabilities of our global TPX workforce. This fast-paced role participates in the planning of learning strategies, philosophy, and trends for assigned line(s) of business and partners closely with Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Management Partners to ensure learning and talent strategies and initiatives are met. These initiatives will ensure that Comcast technologists and their leaders are equipped with the skills they need to build our technical and competitive future.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Understands the business, consults with functional leadership to assess needs, and co-create development strategies to eliminate skill gaps, support business initiatives, and drive business results.
  • Provides support, direction, and coaching for training and development programs.
  • Partners closely with teammates in the development of the broader learning and development strategy to drive prioritization of innovative, just-in-time learning and development of products and solutions.
  • Leverages the enhanced capabilities associated with the human resource management system (Workday) to advance and accelerate the application of talent practices.
  • Owns relationships and influences decisions of the organization and as well as executive levels across the business.
  • Partners with internal team members for learning solutions to ensure that content strategies are prioritized based on business needs.
  • Uses data-driven decision making to evaluate options, and opportunities to increase impact.
  • Stays current with external trends on learning and development best practices.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $81,311.73 USD-$190,574.37 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
