Our thought leaders operate under the Chief Operating Office (COO) and specialize in complex problems that have wide-ranging impact across the bank. We prioritize the needs for our CEO, COO, and CFO, resulting in a diverse set of high priority initiatives (aka “Programs”) for Wells Fargo. Examples of work include organizational design, operating model optimization, expense reduction, and regulatory remediation.
Pay Range
