As a Component Application Specialist (internally known as a Senior Parts & Services Consultant) at Caterpillar Inc., you will lead and provide expertise in the development and implementation of global marketing and sales strategies for the Construction Industries Services division’s Ground Engaging Tools (GET). You will own the Global GET Strategy, supporting the achievement of the GET Sales Annual Business Plan (ABP) with regional sales execution teams. Collaborating with various product groups, you will drive the transformation of the GET business by leveraging New Services Development (NSD). Your role includes achieving global parts sales targets, developing and executing strategies for Customer Value Agreements (CVA) and e-commerce, leading dealer workshops, and conducting customer roadshows across multiple regions. You will also analyze market trends, establish performance metrics, and ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals.
