As a member of the Sales team, you will:
- Directly assist in boosting sales within the customer base, ensuring profitability.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's value-creating processes.
- Play a pivotal role in aligning technical and business activities as per customer needs.
- Direct and coordinate regional sales actions, ensuring a cohesive strategy.
- Lead customer projects to win more business, collaborating across functions and departments.
- Maintain customer relationships and manage the entire opportunity management cycle.
- Drive idea generation for product developments in tandem with Product Management.
- Act as the ''voice of the customer'' internally to ensure customer-centric product and service development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Silicon Mobility's products during customer interactions.
- Identify, evaluate, and report customer project needs.
- Optimize DSO (Day Sales outstanding) and drive cash collection at customers
- Align Silicon Mobility's value proposition with customer requirements.
- Handle sales discussions to define potential business opportunities.
- Engage in various locations to expand the company's reach and network.
- Support Silicon Mobility's participation in international trade shows and industry events.
- Ensure a solid network within Silicon Mobility for market trends and sales opportunities.
- Communicate with key decision-makers to maintain and develop relationships.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Around 10 years’ sales experience in Automotive industry.
- Strong market intelligence and business acumen in Automotive area.
- Solid customer-facing skill good verbal English skill.

- Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated real leadership capabilities, excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills:
1) Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
2) Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with various teams within and across the divisions to effectively drive issue resolution and alignment across functions toward a sale's success.
- Travel required, up to 50 percent
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- English bilingual with excellent communication and reporting skills
- French or German language are a plus.
