Corewell Health Pennock Hospital Multispecialty Center – Ionia is a busy Rural Health Clinic (RHC) practice supporting families in the community with available laboratory testing, midwifery, women’s health, and radiology services. The providers in the center can see a scheduled one hundred patients in a day! In addition to our five providers in the center, we have an additional three providers serving the walk-in clinic open to the community seeing between fifty – eighty patients in a day.

This Practice Supervisor, working alongside the Practice Manager, will have a team of approximately thirty staff which includes MAs, PSRs and Techs.

Scope of work

Directs the activities of staff within assigned area and ensures the delivery of efficient, smooth patient flow and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
  • Two years of recent relevant supervisor experience in health care/medical practice or related work Required.
