In this critical role, you will focus on optimizing existing workflows and automating processes within our Strategy, Data, and Digital department. You will spearhead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will manage the incentive plan, ensuring clear communication of goals and performance metrics, while continuously analyzing data to recommend enhancements.

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to?

  • Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline current workflows within the department.
  • Evaluate existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements for enhanced operational effectiveness.
  • Administer the incentive plan, ensuring that criteria and goals are clearly communicated and understood by relevant personnel.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data related to sales and incentive plans to drive informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful implementation of new tools and processes.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback regarding the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and incentive structures to identify areas for optimization.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows and incentive plan guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports on user support issues, process improvements, and incentive plan performance for management review.
  • Proactively suggest innovative solutions and improvements that align with industry best practices and technological advancements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies that can enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in process automation, process improvement, or sales force effectiveness within a corporate setting.
  • Previous experience in user support, CRM administration, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with incentive plan implementation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or similar tools is required, along with competency in data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is preferred, though not essential; the ability to quickly learn new systems will be valued.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Capability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make informed recommendations based on findings; critical thinking skills are essential for assessing processes.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies; flexibility to work with diverse teams and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Guaynabo - Puerto Rico.
