Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing the complete lifecycle of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various project activities, ensuring alignment with global delivery standards, and maintaining effective communication across diverse teams. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates smooth execution within a globally distributed environment, contributing to the successful delivery of project objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple project tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery and control.
- Capability to adapt to dynamic project environments and work collaboratively within global teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
