As a Senior Finance Business Partner , you will be reporting to the FD of Morocco. The Senior FBP support the FD and the Leadership Team in terms of Performance Review, Budget Control, Planning and Forecasting and decision support. He or she will also act a main bridge between the Global Finance Services Hubs and center of excellence and the local entity.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Commercial and Operational Finance ​:

Support governance and compliance activities of the business unit. Support internal and external audit. Support Tax and Statutory reports
Work closely with GFS and support smooth and OTIF reporting of legal entity monthly actual financial results.
Leverage Digital and Business Intelligence to support month end closing process via actual data analysis and reporting
Control and monitor the spending of A&P and G2N by brands and channels with Commercial team
Analyze and manage company cash flow (debtors, stock, payment term) by optimizing inventory and working with distributor to achieve Neutral Working Capital (NOC)
Work closely with commercial to drive Net Revenue Management project for cost optimization and investment efficiency.
Assist in meeting the corporate financial needs of business decision making.
Manage the company’s internal control framework via performing LOC led internal controls as per group expectations.
Key role player in Core Commercial Cycle (pre DRM, DRM)
Support annual Transfer Price review process and TP document in partnership with GSK Tax and KPMG.
Pro-actively flag financial issues and propose solution for the FD, make recommendations for improving financial processes.
Act a pricing chamption for the LOC and support ender pricing and SAP trade prices management (new change and amendment) 
 
Financial planning​:
 
Drive and improve financial data analytics to strengthen forecasting and planning process and actuals reporting​.
Helping operations in preparing operating budget / capital plan

Preparing periodic re-forecasts for management:
Understand assumptions and drive SG&A planning.
Reviewing with operations management and submission to business management.
Monitoring, evaluating and reporting performance against budgets (where business insights required).
Decision support:
Providing different scenarios and contingency plans to deliver results.
Participate in finance projects as required. Other ad-hoc task assigned by FD.
Managing top and bottom-line forecast commitments 
Act as integrated member of cluster and business unit Finance community, transfer knowledge and share best practices.
Compliance & Governance:
Audit Finding Remediations and CAPA support.
Ensure Discounts are calculated in line with the current policy and that risk associated with discounts channel cascade is mitigated.
Ensure entities results are fully compliant with all accounting standards and regulations and business is compliant with financial control environment, including SOX controls, as well as in line with GSK policies

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance / qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA is a plus)
  • 6+ years of experience in Multinational environment as a Finance Controller, or Finance Business Partner, ideally in Pharma or FMCG.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • An early experience in Audit Firms is a plus.
  • Strong Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Macros, Look-Up,…).
  • Experience of working with SAP
  • Fluency in English language (C1 level) Excellent communication skills and ability to make complexity simple
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience with senior stakeholder management.
