The ideal applicant would be customer obsessed, results oriented and highly technical to drive the service experience. This is a collaborative role working across various stakeholders and accountable for improving and building the best-in-class service experience. 

In this position you will be a single threaded owner working across stakeholders within various operational units, compliance, technology, state management, product management and design to help build and execute. A strong understanding of customer and counselor experience, capabilities, and downstream services that support everyday service needs across all channels and insurance product offerings. Demonstrate the ability to roll up your sleeves and dig deep while influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvements and positive team culture. 

 

The ideal candidate: 

 

·       Ability to work cross-functional between operations units, product, design and engineering, by leading across multiple sprint teams and understanding how to work in a matrixed org with dependencies and competing goals 

·       Synthesize information across customer, business, market, and platform data to identify opportunities.  

·       Manages business and operational planning processes from development to implementation. Coordinates and conducts in-depth analyses and proposes action to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, or simplify process flows and/or execution. 

·       Provides ongoing analyses for continuous improvement of GEICO’s processes. Contributes and provides value-added insight to business outcomes by coordinating improvements between interconnected business disciplines. Continuously reviews processes, identifies areas for improvements and successfully implements solution 

·       Reviews, analyzes, and proposes new systems as well as enhancements to current systems. Manages evaluations of systems for possible system improvements or enhancements. Assists in resolving user and operational problems. Gathers associate input, compiles operational status reports, and oversees projects and strategic initiativesUses data and experiences to develop and present insights clearly and concisely to decision makers. 

·       Manages process improvement roadmaps. Collaborates on systems requirements, concept designs for new systems, test plans and implementation strategies. Innovates and conceives new approaches to improve the company’s efficiency and effectiveness.  

·       Collaborates with department Heads and Operations leaders to facilitate operational performance reviews and operations process analysis. 

·       Manages the preparation of project plans and reviews/approves with each milestone. Coordinates on complex projects, including implementation and planning.  

·       Having an end-to-end understanding of features and how they fit into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business. 

·       Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to conduct analysis and drive data driven decisions. 


 

Annual Salary

$99,000.00 - $185,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
