Our Military Bridge program, in partnership with Hiring for Heroes, offers a tailored 12-week curriculum to equip those transitioning out of active duty with the skills and support needed for successful transition their careers.

Join our team as a Planning Analyst and become the driving force behind our seamless supply chain operation! You'll be the mastermind orchestrating the perfect balance between supply and demand, ensuring our products are always available when our customers need them.  Planning is the heart of our business, where you'll blend data-driven insights with strategic planning to ensure our products flow seamlessly from production to delivery. Deep dive into data analysis, forecasting, and optimization strategies as you navigate through the complexities of our supply chain network. Key Responsibilities / accountabilities

  • Establish interface with HP teams:
    • Internal: Platform, Inventory, and Systems Planning
    • External: Market Supply Chain, Global Supply Management
  • Understand supply planning concepts, processes, and deliverables.
  • ERP System Immersion: Gain practical experience by navigating through our ERP system to understand how supply data is managed, updated, committed, and utilized in supply planning processes.
  • Forecasting/ Demand Planning: Participate in interactive meetings where you'll learn how to analyze forecast changes/trends. Get hands-on experience by interacting regularly with demand planning focal points.
  • Data Analysis Projects: Dive into historical data to identify patterns, seasonality, and trends. Work on projects that involve cleaning, manipulating, and visualizing data to extract actionable insights for supply planning decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain and enhance current business processes and solve issues. Engage in discussions, ask questions, and observe how decisions are made collaboratively to align supply with demand.
  • Metrics Monitoring and Analysis: Gain exposure to key supply chain performance metrics such as: Forecast upsides/downsides and shortages/excess as a result. Learn how to track these metrics, interpret the results, and use them to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement Involvement: Participate in learning and development events, process improvement projects, and operational reviews aimed at streamlining supply chain processes and enhancing overall efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or related field.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build positive relationships.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver).
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to simplify the complex, data visualization, and story communication.
  • Adaptability to navigate dynamic supply chain environments.
