7.Performs analyses based on independent reasoning to draw appropriate conclusions; Analyzes business and financial data and supports the implementation and tracking of business plans that enable the attainment of financial goals; Understands the impact of factors and trends that may affect financial performance; Manages assigned budget for campaign and/or workgroup within established guidelines;
8.Participates in planning, estimating, and executing a set of projects; Assists in detailed project plans including cost, schedule, and resource requirements; Coordinates the necessary resources for managing efficient and effective projects within the program; Follows standard criteria to track project progress and status to ensure they are in line with program objectives.
9.Define the critical workflow for executing key processes. Identify process problems that limit performance and focus on the most significant problems to maximize efficiency gains; Measure standardized operations; find inefficiencies caused due to systems, tools, processes and work with partners to standardize operations and activities; Help generate innovate ideas to meet requirements and increase productivity. Implement methods for improving and establishing controls for critical processes. (for example, improving the termination process to consistently protect the company’s interests, with regards to claims management); Maintain and continuously improve operations standards. Gauge measurements against requirements. Identify and surface systemic problems to be addressed at the organizational level; Propose systems/ process enhancements to meet requirements
