Northrop Grumman is seeking a FSO to administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Work with the Marine Systems Security Manager to prepare manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Work with Sunnyvale investigative teams to investigate security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience with Industrial security: an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Active Secret clearance.
Document control, inventory control, visitor access control, Lenel access systems, LRA badge operator, experience.
Preferred Qualification:
Previous AFSO experience.
Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
