About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Paid Media Manager to drive the success of digital media campaigns for TOMS.com. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing search, shopping, display, paid social and affiliate campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo, etc. You will be responsible for developing strategic media plans, managing day-to-day campaign operations, and leveraging data analysis to drive results that meet and exceed marketing objectives. 

As part of a collaborative team, you will work closely with brand managers, creative teams, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the consistent execution of innovative campaigns. You will be expected to deliver impactful results by staying ahead of industry trends and continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). 

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to meet TOMS' goals, translating marketing objectives into actionable media plans. 

  • Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google and Bing Ads (search, display, video, shopping, Pmax), social media platforms (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest), display, and affiliate. 

  • Targeting & Optimization: Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and continuous performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Leverage data insights for strategic optimizations to maximize incremental ROAS. 

  • Collaboration & Execution: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging that drive customer engagement and conversion. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports to ensure campaigns are delivering on KPIs. 

  • Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns competitive and innovative. 

  • Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. 

What You Bring:

  •  Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing search, shopping, display, affiliate and social media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). 

  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are highly desirable. 

  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing successful paid media campaigns, with a focus on optimizing performance and driving results. 

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager and other digital marketing platforms. 

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimizations. 

  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients. 

  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for developing innovative digital campaigns that drive business growth. 

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while adapting to changing demands and priorities.

  • This is a Direct Hire role with a target annual salary range of $135,000 - $145,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company's performance
