Role

  • Serves as the Project Manager for the IQVIA COAs Marketplace product (the website)
  • Works with the Website Strategy Team to convert their vision for the website into a formal product roadmap and technical requirements for software development and life cycle management
  • Serves as the main channel of communication between the Website Strategy Team and the Software Development Team
  • Develops, updates, and maintains the detailed website product roadmap including scope and timeline for each sprint
  • Understands detailed roadmap requirements and converts them into actionable user stories in Jira following defined procedures, including test strategy and desired outcomes
  • Receives COA product metadata, marketing collateral (e.g., PDF files, video links), news articles, and other deliverables from the Website Strategy Team for uploading / use on web pages
  • Schedules and runs recurring ad hoc meetings to manage each sprint with different teams including Website Strategy, Software Development, and others as needed
  • Participate in (and may be required to host) daily standup calls, sprint planning and sprint retrospectives
  • Author various regulatory documentation artefacts such as user requirements specifications, test strategy, validation plan etc. amongst others

Skills

  • Good listener that can quickly grasp design concepts and requirements
  • Ability to quickly learn key characteristics of the COA business and COA products marketed through the website
  • Strong English skills and ability to effectively document requirements in defined formats
  • Strong communicator that efficiently conveys messaging between different team stakeholders
  • Solid organization and project management skills to work to tight timelines and keep the team on schedule
  • Flexible, easy going, and able to quickly adapt to changing demands
  • Ideally requires prior experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Beneficial to have experience with Salesforce Customer Community or alternative CMS platforms
  • Beneficial to have experience with CRM (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP (Microsoft Business Central and/or SAP) systems
  • Beneficial to have experience with web analytics and online marketing approaches and tools

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,200.00 - $175,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
