Job Summary

The Specialist, Brand IMC plays a critical role in driving our enterprise growth targets and is responsible for supporting the creative development and execution of Comcast Business’ brand and enterprise advertising campaigns to fuel Comcast Business’ brand position and business growth among the Enterprise segment.

The Specialist will support the development of best-in-class Integrated Marketing Communications plans and campaigns including, but not limited to broadcast TV, online video, radio, display, social and print that align with brand objectives and achieve enterprise awareness, consideration, and growth for Comcast Business.

Primary activities include collaborating on communications plans, assignments, briefings, conceptual creative development, creative reviews, internal reviews, creative production, trafficking, and coordination of all creative needs across key business and media segments.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Key player in managing the agency relationship day to day and drives execution excellence by tackling timelines, deliverables and trafficking of creative.
  • Communicates IMC project requirements and coordinates with agency to ensure project completion.
  • Reviews all creative to ensure alignment and consistency with established campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Assists in creative execution across all media (TV, radio, digital, print, social, etc.)
  • Partners with internal media team to ensure creative aligns with media plans and deliverables are executed on time and within budget. 
  • Partners with and provides guidance to the broader cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and creative consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Works closely with legal to ensure compliance of all communications.
  • Manages project budgets.
  • Assists with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Follows through to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables meet specifications.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
