Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
•  Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
•  Support program management team members, assisting with their development and performance.
•  Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure program success.
•  Assist in managing program budgets and resource allocation efforts.
•  Identify and address potential risks that may impact program delivery.
•  Work with stakeholders to clarify and document program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•  Maintain program documentation and prepare regular status reports.
•  Assist in resource planning and allocation to ensure efficient program execution.

Basic Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•  Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
•  Proven experience in program and project management
•  Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
•  A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
•  An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
•  Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus
