Job Description

主な業務：

• 対特約店に関する総合的な販売戦略企画立案
• 荷離れリベート企画立案、トラッキング、特約店とのコミュニケーション
• 在庫リベート企画立案、トラッキング、特約店とのコミュニケーション
• 各BU独自リベート企画のサポート
• 全社リベート等　Accrual
• その他対特約店関連実務
• DWHでの施設マスタ、特約店マスタ、製品マスタの運用と担当テリトリ設定
• JD-NET連繋管理
• 各BU販売計画作成
• 各BU計画vs実績トラッキングレポート作成
• 富士経済レポート作成

 

必要とされる経験・スキル：

• 人体薬もしくは動物薬業界、またはその他ヘルスケア関連業界での、流通もしくはコマーシャル部門での経験３年以上
• DWHの実務経験
• JD-NETに関する知識
• リベート企画および運用業務経験、もしくはセグメンテーション＆ターゲティング、販売計画配分、テリトリー設計などの業務経験
• データ分析スキル
• 高度なエクセルスキル
• データハンドリングスキル
• プレゼンテーション資料作成スキル

 

望ましい経験・スキル：

• 医薬品卸との業務経験
• 営業企画、営業管理関連の業務経験
• SAP利用経験

 

必要な資質：

• 高度なデータ処理能力
• 販売目標を達成するための活動推進のプランニング力
• 課題に対する解決策の提案力
• 円滑なビジネス遂行に必要なコミュニケーションスキル（ファシリテーション、プレゼンテーション、ネゴシエーション、クロスファンクションコラボレーション）
