We are looking for a Head of Service Operations, ICT, to join the Integration & Automation team at Posti’s TecHub.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Service Operations to lead and develop our SIAM, AMS and technology and change management service teams. Responsibilities include ensuring ITSM services meet business needs and deliver high performance with cost efficiency; owning partner resourcing strategy, management, and contracts; driving ESM implementation; providing development tooling and processes for the entire organization; and managing financials in collaboration with team managers. You will also drive strategy and vision creation within your area.

Since this role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and stakeholders across the company, we expect you to be able to handle complex tasks in a changing environment with an open mind and adaptability. Strong social skills, solid managerial experience, a customer-focused approach, and a forward-looking strategic mindset are essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the AMS resourcing strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end ICT support operations delivery and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost efficiency.
  • Lead SIAM and technology and change management service teams; set vision and targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and provides seamless service.
  • Ensure services align with target architecture, security policies, and standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience defining resourcing strategies, ESM implementations, ITSM processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience as a 2nd level manager with relevant platform management background.
  • Experience in platforms such as Servicenow, Github, Solarwinds or similar.
  • Experience in cost and vendor management and negotiating third-party agreements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
  • Good understanding of financial processes and SAP solutions.
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills are required.
