Impact

As a Senior Manager, Growth Program Management & Operations (PMO), you will lead and scale our Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across the Growth organization and will serve as the operational backbone for Partner Success, Media, and Business Development, driving efficiency, clarity, and alignment across our revenue-generating teams.

While no two days are the same you will focus on creating, enabling, and supporting high-impact programs across retailer and brand strategies, industry engagement, and sales operations. You will connect strategic vision with operational excellence by ensuring Shipt’s value proposition is clear and consistent in the marketplace and our sales and account teams are equipped to grow and retain customer relationships.

You will create and operationalize frameworks and toolkits that generate and convert leads, and expand customer relationships. You will own end-to-end program management of GTM initiatives—from initial planning through execution and performance measurement. You will identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency in sales operations and partner engagement strategies. You will also support development of reporting and performance insights to evaluate the effectiveness of GTM programs and inform optimization.
