What you'll do

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated feeding and IoT-based monitoring systems in shrimp farms.
• Optimize feeding strategies and farm performance through real-time data analysis and hands-on pond management.
• Train farm operators in system use, data interpretation, and best practices in feeding, water quality, and biosecurity.
• Monitor shrimp health, water parameters, and production KPIs to prevent risks and improve productivity.
• Prepare technical reports and provide insights to support continuous improvement in farming efficiency.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a hands-on problem solver who is ready to Own this role. You are someone who bridges engineering and aquaculture—equally comfortable with technology and shrimp farming practices. Passionate about sustainable aquaculture, you are capable of working independently in field conditions and are driven to make a tangible impact.
You'll also need:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) combined with practical experience in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Fisheries, or Animal Science.
• 4-10 years of experience in shrimp farming operations and/or technical support for 
• automated aquaculture systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electronic/automated equipment and proficiency in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of shrimp species (e.g., L. vannamei, P. monodon), water quality management, and biosecurity protocols.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with the adaptability to thrive in diverse farm environments.
