We are looking for a HR Transformation Manager France on fixed term basis (10 Month). The position is located in the Global HR Business Operations function, part of the Global HR Function. The main tasks for this position include:
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Support the HR Transformation activities with focus on France by collaborating with global and local HR Experts and monitoring the implementation of the new HR Operating Model. The HR Transformation Manager France focus will be on managing the implementation plan as well as support the transition of processes into the new activity split, while harmonizing and standardizing procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support PMO activities in collaboration with global HR Transformation PMO
Track Status of activities
Monitor Risks & Issues
Coordinate dependencies between activities
Support transition into new HR activity split by supporting process standardization and harmonization across all HR teams
Support analysis and documentation of existing process procedures
Align existing procedures with global process template considering local legal and business critical tasks (work across HR functions to ensure e2e cohesive process execution)
Support documentation of to-be standard operating procedures (SOP)
Outline change impacts including e.g.
Configuration/system changes
Way of Working (considering different stakeholders)
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) in human resource management, general business administration or related fields and 6 - 8 years’ work experience in related areas
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
In-depth knowledge of major project management tools
In-depth understanding of HR processes
Ability to identity process enhancements and translate requirements into e.g. system impacts
Knowledge and understanding of French laws and regulations relating to HR procedures and data management (privacy, data transfer and retention, etc.)
Good understanding of Transition procedures and HR Operating Model design
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the HR organization and across functions.
Ability to work in matrix organization and strives in ambiguous situations
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to provide fast turnaround when needed
Excellent MS Excel, database, and PowerPoint software skills
Fluency in English and French are required
This position is a fixed term position for the during of the project (10 months) ideally starting Dec 1st 2024 until Sept 30th 2025.
