Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Deliver virtual meetings to clients, with the client leadership team in line with all current CDK policies, procedures, and goals.
  • Monitor and publish KPIs that demonstrate progress in the clients’ businesses.
  • Liaise with sales department associates to keep them updated on progress with clients and facilitate sales opportunities for consulting and other CDK products.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within CDK.
  • Maintain the highest level of awareness of current automotive business trends and best practices.
  • Manage assigned client portfolio to ensure that visits are delivered to clients in line with contracted cadence and continue to drive growth with clients.
  • Ability to consult with client’s staff at all levels.
  • Facilitate scheduling of consulting visits/ meetings with National and Enterprise clients.
  • Assist in the group-wide training internally.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation in the designated timeframe
  • Support strategic and operational improvements with consulting management
  • Travel 50%

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive.
  • At least 2 years experience with demonstrated success in retail automotive management.
  • Must have Sales, Service, Accounting and BDC working process knowledge.
  • Must be comfortable with virtual presentations for small and large groups.
  • Must be comfortable working with dealership executive leadership.
  • Access to Internet and office setting.

  • Proficient in Sales Force.
  • CDK Drive Experience Preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to transition to working remotely with clients.
  • Ability to clearly Document written processes with clients.

Salary Range: $69,000 to $85,000
