The Adoptions Manager will support the Senior Director of Adoptions in submitting successful state adoption bids on behalf of Amplify. The Manager will own specific components of the bid, act as the expert resource on particular aspects of the adoptions process, and interface with various stakeholder teams to ensure complete, accurate, and compliant bid responses.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate adoption kick-off, planning & check-in meetings for state adoptions and curriculum reviews, including scheduling, taking notes, and tracking follow-up steps as needed
Manage print & digital adoption samplings for RFPs and state adoptions/curriculum reviews by:
Request & manage digital review credentials
Facilitate review site development by bringing Product, Sales & Field Marketing (FM) together to discuss site format and what should be posted
Request reviewer digital access flyers from FM
Create & ship adoption sampling binders containing digital review access flyers & adoption documentation
Work with various teams to complete relevant adoption forms and obtain signatures as needed
Facilitate legal review of adoption documents & contracts
Create templates and draft responses to state requirements (including adoption standards alignments and rubrics) and work with Product teams to complete the response, track progress, format, and finalize PDFs for submission
Obtain NIMAS certification numbers for adopted materials & address NIMAS adoption requirements
Proofread various adoption documentation
Support the Adoptions team in updating and maintaining internal documentation
Obtain product image files from Marketing/FM for adoption submissions
Assist in large adoption submissions, including printing, shipping, and portal uploads
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant experience
2+ years' experience working on adoption, RFP, and/or grant submissions
5 years of experience working on a project-based team to generate proposals or customer-facing documents
Fastidious attention to detail
Proven ability to work with different teams
Excellent project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working for a K-12 education company
Demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling ability
Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills
Ability to work in a deadline-conscious, data-driven environment
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000.
