What you'll do:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing and Loblaw Brands strategic plan aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Lead and develop materials for executive-level audiences, including power point presentations and word documents
Identify and define strategic projects that enable Marketing and Brands to deliver a measurable impact to the Enterprise
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define key Marketing and Loblaw Brands goals, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Support the governance model of annual and multiyear plans and tangible measures of success to monitor progress against key strategic initiatives.
Work closely with Corporate Strategy to develop key strategic deliverables that align to enterprise objectives
Build a strong and trusting relationship with Marketing and Loblaw Brands leaders and business stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation and inform business strategies.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in strategy development either in CPG or consulting.
Proven storytelling ability, distilling complex ideas into clear, concise narratives for executive level audiences
Excellent communication and presentation development, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of consumer and market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Ability to thrive in a face paced environment and experience working in and successfully navigating a complex matrix organization.
