About the Program:  The Partner Program Internship is rooted in our commitment to being a trusted community partner, dedicated to fostering the next generation of healthcare leaders. This program provides a comprehensive experience for interns to develop essential skills, explore the intricacies of healthcare delivery, and contribute meaningfully to our mission of providing high-quality care. Through this internship, participants will engage in skill-building opportunities tailored to their career aspirations, gain access to professional development resources, and build a robust network of peers, and mentors. By working on impactful projects and operational initiatives, interns will enhance their understanding of healthcare systems and develop the tools needed to drive positive change in the field. This program reflects our belief in empowering individuals and strengthening the communities we serve through education, collaboration, and innovation.

Essential Responsibilities:

Interns may be assigned to roles that include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations in specific healthcare specialties or administrative functions.
  • Researching best practices and providing recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including ability to adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
