About the Program:  The Partner Program Internship is rooted in our commitment to being a trusted community partner, dedicated to fostering the next generation of healthcare leaders. By working on impactful projects and operational initiatives, interns will enhance their understanding of healthcare systems and develop the tools needed to drive positive change in the field. Essential Responsibilities:

Interns may be assigned to roles that include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations in specific healthcare specialties or administrative functions.
• Researching best practices and providing recommendations for program enhancements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including ability to adapt and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
