Job Description:
- Apply technical knowledge (SAP FICO) to solve application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high risk/complexity.
- Provides specific technical expertise and has skills in problem investigating, estimating, proposing alternative solutions, addressing security considerations, etc.
- Provides leadership and direction to team members working on a specific application. Provides technical expertise for the application and is versed in the application’s functions and interfaces.
- Coordinates work assignments and activities within the team, and is typically a subject-matter expert of the work domain.
- Provides technical support and input on the application of technology, and advice on solution and integration opportunities
- Where warranted, communicates across client community appropriate to scope of technical understanding, and in coordination with client delivery management
- Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create superior solutions for DXC and for customers.
- Build SAP FICO capabilities in the department, including growing self and others via training, certifications, cross-skilling and mentoring of other consultants.
- Manage a team responsible for package software application development.
- Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior management to define team/account or departmental goals.
- Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Facilitate collaboration with other departments and teams.
- Identify and address project risks and issues.
