As a technical specialist, you will:
· Help plan and lead integration projects between Workday and other external systems;
· Design and develop Integrations, APIs and Events to expose data from the Organization and Employee Repository, as well as from the other functional modules (Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Competencies, Compensation);
· Make sure that the technical projects we deliver are compliants with architecture, security and data privacy standards of Renault Group;
· Support and enhance existing integrations between Workday and local payroll systems, based on PICOF, WECI and PECI standards, as well as the ShapeIn module configuration used for data ingestion in SAP.
· Support and enhance existing integration between Workday and business systems.
· Be responsible for proposing a plan to reduce technical debt.
· Help develop the skills of the existing team.
Deliverables
· Study and implement solutions for the subjects listed above.
· Resolve incidents and make necessary evolutions.
Skills and Expertise
· Expertise in the IT field, particularly in the technical aspects of Workday HCM deployment and integration projects (required certifications).
· Payroll integration with Workday PICOF, WECI and PECI.
· Workday integration: use of Workday Studio.
· SOAP and REST APIs.
· Integration with IDP (identity provider) authentication infrastructure and SAML / OpenID Connect / Oauth protocols.
· Integration with SAP and knowledge of ShapeIn module
· Integration with an API Manager component such as Google APIGee for the production or consumption of APIs and Events.
· Event-driven Architectures, patterns and integration mechanisms with an Event Mesh (Solace)
