Position: Project Manager

What You Will Do

As a Field based Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from receipt of order through project completion. You will:

  • Review job specifications and design manage the required solutions.
  • Oversee project build and testing.
  • Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams on a wide range of products and systems.

How You Will Do It

  • Provide cost-effective solutions to clients while maintaining project margins.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with the Development department to meet job-specific design requirements.
  • Work with the Production department on system builds.
  • Brief commissioning engineers via Site Services.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Efficiently manage project progress, planning, and budget.
  • Lead the project team to achieve key results.
  • Attend regular client meetings

What We Look For

Essential

  • Experience in managing small, medium and large-scale projects.
  • Commercial knowledge for reviewing contract terms.
  • Ability to liaise with clients (occasional international travel).
  • Strong workload planning skills to meet client and production requirements.
  • Ability to work within cost limitations to ensure project profitability.
  • Competent written communication skills to provide internal and external reports to produce manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
  • Hands-on Project Management experience
  • Experience in Electronic Security – Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms & Intruder
