Job Title:  Mental Health Therapist (LCSW)

The Mental Health Therapist – Licensed Clinical Social Worker, reports directly to the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and offers brief counseling and psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents and their families in order to improve psychosocial functioning.  The therapist is part of a multidisciplinary team that works together with medical providers to offer services through an integrated care model. This is a full or part-time position working onsite Monday through Friday each week.
