The Senior (C-Suite) Executive Administrative Support Professional provides the highest level of executive support and serves as a contact for the most senior executive roles within Accenture. 

This individual may work directly with the Executive’s Chief of Staff and administrative team to support the executive at the most effective and efficient level.

The support will be global, complex organizational responsibilities to include managing calendar(s), coordinating meeting and appointments, travel arrangements with logistics including itineraries, etc.  

 Requires a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible secretarial and administrative experience or a combination of related education and business experience.   Previous support of Senior/C-Suite level executive a plus.  Flexibility for extensive overtime is required.

Strong skill set with demonstrated proficiency required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Member of the executive’s administrative team, coordinating schedule and logistics while managing a high volume of requests and demands

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls, etc. for executives, including extensive rescheduling. 

  • Create, own, manage and maintain spreadsheets to address the executive’s actionable items, pending requests, reminders, etc., working with the administrative team for resolution.

  • Strong verbal and written skills in both the local language and English.

  • Content Delivery – printing, organizing information for meetings; maintaining detailed tracking and lists.

  • Provide onsite support, as needed.

  • Work with team members to coordinate local office logistics and catering requests in preparation for on-site meetings.

  • Represent the executive and act as a liaison between executive(s) and their management, peers or organization, with responsibility of action within pre-agreed limits. This individual may be the Executive’s first point of contact.

  • Act as interface between client and executive(s) teams. Will work with the executive’s team to make decisions on behalf of executive within limits, understanding the potential impact of the actions taken.

  • Develop relationships with executives’ clients, other top executives within the company, and their EA’s.

  • Handle confidential information relevant to the strategy of the business, the executive, etc.

  • Anticipate travel needs of executive and coordinate complex travel arrangements, typically involving multiple changes and destinations based on understanding of executive’s availability and obligations taking into consideration other top executives, top clients, etc.

  • Review and sort paper-based and/or electronic mail, identifying action required and taking action where appropriate.

  • Handle a variety of special requests at the request of the executive and/or administrative team.

  • May assist with personal business as and when appropriate.

  • Self-starter--demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and assume greater responsibilities over time

  • Continuous learner/improvement mindset—desire to learn quickly with commitment to excellence

Must have key skills

  • High degree of solid judgement and empathy

  • Organization and multi-tasking skills—able to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, take ownership in a proactive fashion, and deliver and perform to senior management timelines is critical. Must be able to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong local and English language skills

  • Ability to be agile, with a flexible workstyle

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload

  • Intermediate MS Office skills, with advanced Outlook skills

  • Global Travel management experience required
