Bumble’s policy team creates and evolves the community guidelines that ensure kind and empowering and authentic self-expression in an environment of safety. As a Sr Policy Manager on the Trust & Safety team, you will be responsible for developing, evolving and ensuring cohesive content and conduct policies across Bumble’s platforms and diverse global communities. You will lead projects relating to policy implementation, partnering closely with cross-functional peers to ensure principled, compliant and scaled moderation across Bumble’s platforms and alignment with Bumble’s values and strategic goals.  

This role will report into our Associate Director, Safety and Integrity Policies.
