As the Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation, brand awareness, CRO, and SEO strategies to optimize both B2B and B2C customer acquisition and brand awareness. You will lead the design and implementation of effective advertising programs across multiple channels, as well as manage the content, design, and development of three websites to drive business growth, and go-to-market with messaging for potential employees, investors, partners, media and more. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of growth marketing principles, data analysis, and performance media best practices. You should be results-oriented, innovative, and passionate about building a growth engine through highly effective and efficient campaigns and innovative strategies. 

This is a remote position, but you may also work from our office in Menlo Park or Union City, CA if you’re locally-based and report directly to the Vice President, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product and finance teams to align demand generation, engagement, and retention efforts with business goals and objectives.
  • Implement and optimize marketing systems to support demand generation and marketing operations.
  • Manage corporate and product brand websites, develop content and landing pages consistent with our brand identity and test/learn to optimize conversion rate.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation and marketing operations initiatives, and drive the strategy forward.
  • Design, implement, and optimize growth marketing programs across various channels, including social media, search, SEO, CTV, display and more.
  • Execute campaigns hands-on with support from product marketing, design, engineering, internal and external resources.
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation analyses to personalize campaign and website messaging and targeting, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, data analytics, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to automate and streamline customer interactions, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics related to growth effectiveness, such as cost per qualified lead, cost per acquisition, CAC:LTV, and campaign ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging growth marketing technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise and ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 4+ years in growth marketing, including paid media, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience developing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, including paid media budgeting/management, developing communications and launching campaigns end to end
  • Experience, developing and managing multi-touch, omni-channel integrated experiences via social media, SEO, SEM, physical
  • Experience leading the sourcing and deploying of media management platforms and partners, tracking and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning growth initiatives with broader business goals and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets and KPIs.

At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of a (1) base pay range (actual amount offered is based on experience and salary/equity options split that the candidate chooses) (2) generous equity options offering, on top of (3) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave etc.).

For this position, we offer a total compensation package of up to $220,000 per year, including a base pay range of $155,000-$175,000 per year.
