We are hiring a Healthcare Recruiter (also known as Erickson Health Medical Group Medical Staff Services Recruiter at Erickson Senior Living) to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting Medical Staff Services Director and Leadership in all aspects of Talent Acquisition.

How you will make an impact

• Facilitate the recruiting process for Erickson Health Medical Group (EHMG) and Erickson Health and Wellness Centers (EHWC).
• Confer with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
• Source top-level talent and makes appropriate referrals to Leadership Managers to further screen/interview candidates for hire and ensure a timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes including sourcing and selection.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates including EHMG’s in-house direct mail campaign(s). Develop and coordinate internal job posting programs and write job postings.
• Develop and maintain contacts through Indeed, Quick Capture, LinkedIn, schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants at events such as job fairs as well as utilize internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.

What is required

• Minimum of 2 years’ healthcare recruiting experience is required.

Compensation: salary range is $59,389 - $74,236, commensurate with experience.
