WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a Specialist, Merchandising Operations to work across our Jordan Brand Apparel and Footwear businesses. A consistent part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be the detailed management, maintenance, and communication for seasonal gates and tools. This role works with various functions of Merchandising, Product, and Operations partners to collaboratively drive strategy, initiatives, communications and form the culture at all levels of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the Jordan Brand Merchandising leaders and teams, as well as Product and Operations partners. You will support Jordan Global Merchandising in developing and implementing strategy and aligning cross-functional process activities. You and the team will drive new process, strategic alignment and accountability, and facilitate end-to-end partnership across the teams within CODE moments. You will help with communication and information flow to drive clarity for a seamless and connected process, that delivers business results and an inclusive team culture.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be reporting to the Sr. Dir, Merchandising Operations, Jordan Brand, who reports to the Sr. Dir., Operations, Jordan Brand. The role primarily works with the Jordan Brand Merchandising team, while also engaging Product Management, Brand Marketing, and Geo Merchandising partners. 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • 2+ Years work Experience in Merchandising, Operations, Product Creation, or Strategy
  • Process and operational experience, including familiarity with the CODE Process 
  • Collaborative & strong communication skillset
  • Ability to influence 
  • Ability to manage projects and balance multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity and results 
  • Passionate, curious problem solver
