Job Summary
CHOC is excited to offer a sign on bonus for this position. To qualify for this, you must have at least 3 years of cath lab experience.Pay Range
Minimum $42.69 Midpoint $56.57 Maximum $70.43Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
• Required: Minimum one (1) year Cath Lab experience.
• Preferred: Two (2) years of Electrophysiology experience strongly preferred.
Education
• Required: Required graduate from an AMA approved program Radiology Technology.
Training
• Required: None required.
Specialized Skills
• Required: Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure. Ability to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing and over the telephone. Ability to think critically; work independently; manage multiple assignments; work well under pressure; problem solve; organize and prioritize workload; pay close attention to detail. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Knowledge of procedures and practices with diagnostic EP studies, RF/Cryo ablation, transesophageal pacing, and ICE. Identifying arrhythmias and using Micropace. Ability to configure pinning for catheter configuration.
Licensure
• Required: American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); Radiologic Technologist -CA (CRT); Certified Radiologic Technologist - CA Fluoroscopy permit (if candidate is from out of state, California Certified Radiologic Technologist Fluoroscopy must be obtained within 6 months of hire); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
