Senior Product Manager, Compliance

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC office OR NYC office

Intapp is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Compliance. In this position you will manage the entire product development lifecycle and be responsible for building the Compliance solution for the Accounting, Consulting and Financial Services industries.  Intapp’s Compliance solution is the leading client onboarding and risk management for the world’s most prestigious professional services firms.

You will coordinate with sales, product marketing, value engineering, and strategic consulting teams across Intapp, and act as a product/market expert and evangelist to both internal and external stakeholders. You will shape the product roadmap by interfacing with Intapp’s product leadership and business owners to align on company’s vision and growth strategy.  As the product manager, you will lead the product design, planning, development, and release processes.

This role also plays an instrumental part in expanding Compliance business across various industries Intapp serves via cross selling to the existing Intapp clients and helping acquire new logos. You will be working with other product teams such as DealCloud, Employee Compliance to develop seamless user experiences and interoperability.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand the product requirements that are unique to target markets in Accounting, Consulting and Financial Services, and build product roadmap.
  • Lead requirement discovery sessions with clients and prospects.
  • Drive the vision and strategy of Intapp’s Compliance solution in the Accounting, Consulting and Financial Services markets.
  • Build and deliver specific product functionality that increase the overall value of the Compliance solution in these markets.
  • Own all aspects of the product development lifecycle such as planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance by working with an agile engineering team.
  • Research, understand and incorporate innovative technologies, such as AI, Machine Learning and Analytics, into the solution to differentiate it within the market and increase overall value.
  • Collaborate with Intapp Services and partners on key strategic implementations to address product gaps, support adoption and deliver appropriate and scalable solutions.
  • Work with Product Marketing to articulate value proposition of Intapp’s Compliance offering for the target market, and to develop and implement a go-to-market plan, coordinating across all departments.
  • Deliver streamlined user experiences by integrating Compliance with other Intapp solutions like DealCloud and Employee Compliance.

What you will need:

  • You must have 4-6 years of product management experience with Enterprise Business Software Applications (B2B) and cloud-based (SaaS).
  • Industry domain experience in Financial Services, Accounting, Consulting industries, is ideal
  • You are good at relationship building and influencing, and have communication and facilitation skills during times of uncertainty, rapid change, competing priorities, aggressive timelines, budget constraints and operational requirements.
  • You can easily articulate technical issues in terms of business risk.
  • The ability to influence senior executives on innovative ideas.
  • Have strong initiative with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to think big picture as well as dive into and understand the technical granular details of the product.
  • You’ll need a growth mindset and be willing to flexibly adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to discuss the technical aspects of the product with engineers while also being able to explain the software to non-technical users.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners who use or implement your product(s).
  • Prior experience in software engineering, implementation, consulting, product success function is a nice to have.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
