Job Summary
Responsible for supporting revenue and product development initiatives across the business unit. Evaluates business opportunities, researches new markets and technologies, builds financial models, and creates business proposals/requirements. Crafts the company’s partner strategy, and then is responsible for establishing and maintaining the right set of external partnerships needed for the group to advance and achieve its goals. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Identify areas where external partnership is needed and define how to best set up partnership structures.
- Serve as the primary external facing deal and relationship lead for key external partners.
- Set performance metrics and operating agreement structure and evaluate performance throughout.
- Maintain and develop working relationships with new and existing external partners and ensure cross functional alignment with the product, engineering, sales organizations as well as the business unit’s overall operating plan.
- Provide modeling, forecasting, and projections associated with current partners or new opportunities.
- Provide guidance on the development of strategic planning and the day-to-day management of strategic revenue partners.
- Carry out regular and robust monitoring of projects to ensure quality delivery of outputs and activities.
- Reports on the outcomes and impact of partners and projects internally to assist with program development.
- Work with multiple teams in the development and management of business unit performance reporting.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management team.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
