A Day in the Life

Marketing and event coordinator that helps with the admin and operations of our marketing and Training & Educational events and congresses

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Manages all logistical aspects of internal and external marketing and T&E events for CRDN Western Europe, including but not limited to training.
• Negotiates with vendors, confirms venue and/or training labs, catering, hotel and flight bookings and manages any changes.
• Provides sourcing options and budgets estimates when required.
• Responsible for cost reconciliation and on time payments for each event.
• Provides guidance and monitors system and processes related to the event offering (responsible of Cvent, opens and manages POs, etc.)
• Facilitates and support the Western Europe CRDN Marketing activities / events operations and communication
• Fosters an environment of continuous improvement by identifying areas of opportunity and executing improvements in partnership with leadership.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination and admin roles.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written, and a second European language will be a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 20%).
• Highly autonomous, agile multitasker and fast learner, able to navigate complexity and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
