What You Will Do

  • Specification of camera-based inspection processes and definition of the required equipment;

  • Active participation in NPI (New Product Introduction) projects;

  • Specification, ordering, and installation of machines for projects;

  • Ensuring continuous operation of production machines during the NPI phase;

  • Identification of manufacturing process issues to reduce production costs and improve product quality;

  • Documentation of activities (machine acceptance, machine release, corrective actions);

  • Implementation and documentation of changes and improvements;

  • Daily tracking of production results for projects in the NPI phase;

  • Preparation of reports and analyses.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • University degree in engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering / Mechatronics);

  • Knowledge of camera / vision systems (Vision Builder for Automated Inspection, Keyence);

  • Conversational level of English.

What Makes You Eligible

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;

  • Knowledge of automotive standards (VDA, ISO/TS, IATF, 8D, MSA, SPC, Pareto, APQP, PPAP, FMEA);

  • Experience in operating vision systems;

  • Programming experience (C#, Beckhoff PLC, KUKA Robot).
