Pump Line Assembly 2nd – Sanford, NC

We have an opportunity for a Pump Line Assembly 2nd shift to join our Sanford, NC team. You will be doing assembly, testing, and packing process for all products on the assembly lines for water filtration systems

You will:

• Checking the parts to ensure they are correct per BOM & pick list.
• Doing assembly of the main unit, with knowledge of various motors for pumps
• Prior knowledge and use of hand tools and gauges
• Proper use of lift devices for manufacturing processes
• Ability to work or be trained on multiple assembly lines

Position hours/shifts:

2nd 3:00 p.m. 1:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday (Plus overtime and weekends if needed)

Physical Requirements:

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pay rate will be from $17.00 per hour plus 8% of shift premium. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
