As a Trade Market manager you will be able to develop the commercial strategy for the Health Care category. Also, to influence the category vision to drive category sales and a win – win proposition for the company and its commercial partners.
Work collaboratively with the P&G teams in all markets to understand the customer needs and propose creative solutions.
Promote the development of categories and strategic business focuses.
Be in charge of analyzing and negotiating the exhibition spaces of each product for a key account, through a structured Category Management process.
Define the primary displays of the products in the shelves by defining the Category strategy, implementing objective and rational principles.
Responsibilities from Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities
Have continuous mentorship with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager

Job Qualifications
Experience (approximately 2-3 years) Category Management in mass consumption industries
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and operations
Achievement and customer orientation
Eligible to work in Colombia
Live in Bogotá
