We are seeking an experienced IREF Engineer to join our team.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and oversee the entire construction of industrial refrigeration projects, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Cooperate with 3D designer, engineers, clients, suppliers, external vendors and other stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Selection of machines in design phase.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the suitability of cooling system installations.
- Design cooling systems, specifically ammonia systems, based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and provide technical expertise
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to clients and management.
What We Look For
- Education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in industrial refrigeration (cooling systems).
- Intermediate level of English.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
The advantage will be:
