We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive for MOVE Ancillary Products. The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth for ancillary products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Opportunities:

    • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities and revenue streams.

    • Support the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

  • Strategic Partnerships:

    • Help develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

    • Assist in negotiating and closing partnership agreements and contracts.

  • Revenue Growth:

    • Support the creation and execution of business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help develop and launch new products and services.

  • Market Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to support business strategies.

    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives.

  • Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing and presenting business development reports, including progress, achievements, and challenges.

    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the travel industry or with ancillary products.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the travel industry or with ancillary products.

  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive benchmarking.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
