This role is a fully remote / home working role, with frequent travel to UK and occasional international locations.
This role will take technical ownership of all CommandCentral CRS deployments, both current and in the future.
Dimensions/Scope:
Reports to Head of CRS Technical Operations.
Competencies, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
You will work with the Customer’s IT and Infrastructure leads to integrate the CommandCentral CRS on-prem solution and associated interfaces, with their established technology, policies and procedures.
You will produce system designs and specifications, and overall architectures, topologies, configuration databases and design documentation of networks and networking technology within Command Central CRS deployments. You will also work closely with our Systems Engineers teams to ensure that the solutions are built and configured as per the required design.
Specify user/system interfaces, including validation and error correction procedures, processing rules, access, security and audit controls. Assesses associated risks, and specifies recovery routines and contingency procedures. Translate logical designs into physical designs.
Supports the pre-sales and bid processes to ensure our solution proposals are fully designed and documented.

Desirable - Experience working with Telephone (PSTN/PBX/SIP, etc.) and Radio (TETRA, DMR, Broadband PTT etc.) Communications systems.
Experience working with CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) solutions.
